You can't title the frame you have?

No....They guy I bought this bike from totaled it the first time and the motor and just bout everything else was salvegable so he just bought a frame none title and put it back together and road it on the strip and around to play on. The bike is in great condition well miantained. Bt I want to street ride it now and want a parts bike with a title to make streetable. any idea's

Not really, because I don't know why a frame would be non-titled to begin with :-)
I know you can apply to title an un-titled frame though as I was looking to buy one to modify for racing. When I asked the seller why it couldn't be titled they got back to me to say they'd chased it up for me and discovered it could be re-titled, so they did, and put the price up accordingly :-)
A titled US frame is a waste for me as it can't be licenced here anyway.
