I went to this bike night past wed
so im just passin the info of what happend

Hey guys its me Jean, I’ve had about a couple of hours of sleep and now at work, in great anger, but I thought everyone needed to hear what happen last night and maybe you can help me find the suspect that caused my two friends that wrecked on the freeway pain and despair.

First off I like to thank Seth and Melissa from the bottom of my heart for helping my friends out last night! Also, everyone else that stopped to help me get the Ducati to the side of the curb and to direct traffic.

The Accident

Leaving FatB around 11:30pm it was three bikes in front and I was driving my car in the back. The bikes were Meng (mchau) on the R6, Sid on the Ducati, and Minh on the Buell. Headed down Vermont and jumped on to the 101 S. At the left turn light the three bikes were in front I was on the right side of the left turn lane with a car to my left (the left turn had two lanes) A guy on a older green Ninja with a helmet with the roulette table on it with shades of orange (I was thinking to my self “hey, I think terry has that helmet!” His headlights were two tone (yellow and white) and a leather jacket with white base, the only reason why he stands out to me was he snugs into the middle of me and the other car (a very tight squeeze) and he left his friend in the back. When the light turned green the three bikes took off, then the Ninja and then the cars, his friend in the back was honking him to wait for him so he slowed down. After we entered the freeway we took off and ready to go home.

No more than a few minutes later we see two bikes coming at speeds estimated at 100+ cutting people off, the line up for us was (from front to back) Ducati, R6, Buell, and Car. The Ninja (we know this because of his two tone color lights, plus you can tell the major difference especially on a older Ninja) cut off the Buell, miss the R6, and sideswipe the Ducati. They both bounced off each other and both went down. Sid that was on the Ducati did not have proper foot gear (please guys get proper foot gear) his foot got caught on the left in-between the clutch and peg, got dragged for a good amount of time the peg fell off, the foot shattered and a pretty bad open wound. (A lot of people saw)

At the same time the Buell slows down sees what just happened and gets hit from behind (witness say it’s a bike with a passenger, we didn’t get much description) The Buell at this point is sliding down the freeway with Minh still on it, he manages to tumble off and a car in headed right at him. The car slams on her breaks and gets rear-ended barely hitting Minh.

With all of this going on I saw parts of bikes flying around and both my guys bikes were down, I was ready to throw my car at the other car if they did not stop. I could have sworn that more bikes went down but at the end there were two on the floor. A lot of bikers stopped help me get the Ducati off the floor, bike is totaled and I realize that the guy was at least 50 ft back. I run to Minh (Buell) saw that Melissa with him (thanks again! ) and checks for Sid (Ducati). Minh had minor road rash, really banged up. Sid had an open foot wound and it didn’t look good. Got the towing trucks, statement with cops, took Minh home and headed for the hospital (USC medical hospital) where Sid is.

The Hospital

When Sid was taken to the hospital our friend went there before us, and happened to run into a guy with a motorcycle injury, he went into knee surgery. When we got to the hospital to see Sid we put one and two together and ask our friend to investigate. Talking to the guy’s cousin we find out that he rides an old Ninja green. We proceeded to call the CHP on the scene to investigate. But because it was dark, and as CHP noted the license plates are only so big, also with the amount of the bikes traveling we were hitting dead ends. Oh ya the guy in knee surgery say that he rides a GSXR 600 (total bull ****)

Bad News

The doctors want to amputate the foot from shin down. Both major arteries and major nerve has been torn off. His back heel is shattered with bones floating around inside. None of us want then to do so, we ask for a second opinion, the dame HMO system is so hard to transfer we had to wait till 8AM to get an approval. I called the parents at 9AM for his condition, apparently three more bone specialist came down for more inspection and all said to amputate, the parents gave in and Sid agreed. Everyone else is asleep still, I don’t want to tell them the bad news!

My Plead

Hey everyone, I know I haven’t been on the site that long but you all are good people, I’m glad that I’ve gotten the chance to meet you all. If you hear anything about the accident last night 4/21/04 at Alvarado exit please PM me or call CHP so we can serve justice to the hit and run guys. If anyone fits that description, please let me know. And as for the guys who hit my friends, don’t worry we’ll find you one way or another, and if not you’ll burn in HELL! I'll make sure of it!

Sorry can't help but GOOD LUCK! I hope your friends are okay, my thoughts are with them. Did it look like this was intentional or just shitty riding? If intentional and you find this guy....

Warlock, that is a true sob story! So very sorry to hear of that ****. I too am in the wrong area to be of any help, but I hope that justice is eventually served..
