Mt. St. Helens and southwestern WA

A few of the Pugest Sound rides happened to to gather at KKreme in Tacoma for a run up to Coldwater and Johnson Ridge. Weather was quite variable but we had a blast!!

Some pictures are attached, the rest are at : http://demo2.marlinmedia.com/Coldwater/

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE excuse the crappy webpage I slammed together to hold the pictures. It was 5:00am and well.. I was not just *that* motivated. Maybe I'll fix it up proper.

Lots of riding to be done around here. I hope a few of you are out doing it!

There are two halves (divided by the vocanic blast zone). One side is super-smooth high-speed silliness.. the other is tight and technical stuff with amazing (horrific?) death-defying dropoffs.. (ok.. not at all that bad but some people do freak-out).

Now that I have seen both sides of the mountain.. each has it's draw that's for certain!!! spend a day on the mountain riding up down around it!!
