| Going to be in Ca.... next week (Tues-Fri), near Costa Mesa(South of Long Beach). Anyone up for evening activities or suggestions on what to do in the area? Thanks! | |

| Re: Going to be in Ca.... It might be early still, but there's a short dirttrack somewhere in Costa Mesa. You could go watch some speedway, and maybe get to catch a "Motorcycle Demolition Derby" at the same track. The "Derby" is such; basically you ride a pos bike round the track/infield and have a balloon taped to your helmet. Apparantly the object is to pop the balloon using a 'foamy' bat...let your imaginations run wild... I've seen the pictures, it's true, people actually do pay to do this.  |
