8k service - recs ?

i've just crossed 8k so i figured that its time for an intermediate service although my last oil change was @ 6k

any recs with LA - preferably westside ?
any ideas on cost ? $280 @ local 'superstore' seems right :-)

Dude if you didn't live so far away I would say show up at the house with the oil, filter and a twelve pack and we'll get it done in the next hour or so.

includes oil/oil filter/air/coolant/brakes ... everything except valve adjustments
