Organ donor Amendment

I totaly support a mandatory, FEDERAL organ donor program. The way my program would work is that if a person kills a MC rider, or hurts the rider to the point that they need an organ, bingo, they're a whole body organ donor. First choice on all parts go to the MC riders' family or their designate.
