| Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? I wonder what the insurance company is going to say about this....
I guess if you can afford to buy it you can afford to crash it. |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? don't know if you guys know the reasons for the Bugatti's delayed release from what i read in European car, the had major aerodynamic issues whith lift at higher speeds, it defenetely makes me think how much of those issues amongst others they mentioned where really worked out as best as they had to with the time and money constraints, VW was really trying to get this car out production. |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? Yeah aerodynamic issues and engine heat issues and quite a few others, if I had my pick I would take the Zonda before the Bug.. If your going to spend that kind of coin you want the thing to look tough and I think the Zonda wins hands down in the looks department. |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? Sorry guys, but I've got to disagree. The Zonda looks like a modern day pimpmobile and the interior is sooooooooo tacky. I've actually sat in one at a show room in London. The first thing I thought was that (even if I could have afforded it) there was no way I could stare at that dashboard everyday. The Bug on the other hand looks like it means business.
As for faults, any road car - no matter how outragous - has to be a compromise of sorts. So when I see pics like this all I'm thinking is, 'what did the idiot do?' Not 'I wonder which fault caught them out?' Some people have more money than sense, I guess. Wish I did... |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? I dont think that the crash was do to any of the cars flaws,
just pointing out the known facts of that vehicle as i had stated...
the pilot does make the machine.
and that particular machine is way to much to handle for the average folk. |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? Another wreck, another moron driving beyond their driving abilities and beyond the posted speed limits. Will this crap ever end? No. As long as you combine ignorance, carelessness and males, lives will be lost, vehicles will be desroyed and families will be shattered. |

As for the crash, yes they need to test these idiots for driving ability before they let them take the car out of the showroom, but hey he might have just been trying to aviod a dog or cat? |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? My wife showed me pics of an absolutely destroyed Ferrari Enzo last night that supposedly only had 9 miles on the clock. It hit a telephone pole. They claim at 200mph.
I'm not a fan of the looks of the Veyron or the Zonda.
This is my current choice. Formula One for the street. |

For the rest of us it's two wheels. |

| Re: Worse than putting a dent in your new sportsbike? THREAD JACK ALERT!!!
right now(for the last 7mos. actually) we're working on a 2/3 scale replica of a formula 1. using a ZX10(i know..i know..but i didn't have a RR engine laying around) engine with a mild steel center section with carbon fiber subs. I've been spending FAR too much tyme laying out the geometries for the suspension. I'm using a set of old(97') blueprints from a Raynard. Some of the angles don't adapt well to use on a shorter/narrower chassis(upper arm length to lower arm length and such). I'll throw sum pix up sum tyme this week. |
