| Re: worst in a long time!!! a deeper look at life you all need to let the dead rest...he made an error in judgment that cost him(and another) his life...what is important is that our group..us..learn from this...no man in this room can say "I've never done something stupid on my bike"...anyone able to post here has just been fortunate enough to survive it...does it really matter who's at fault?..no...not when the responsible party is dead...r.i.p |

| Re: worst in a long time!!! a deeper look at life It is easy to see how the suv was pushed over. If a bike weighs 500 pounds under the force of gravity imagine the weight with 140 MPH!! The force increased with the square of the velocity........MV^2. That means that the energy he had at 140 is not four times what it would be at 35 but rather 16 times greater. |
