| Re: Wrecked Fellow member. You are a brave man to stop at the pearly gates and be able to return home to your family. Good luck on your journey to good health. Stay positive, There is someone always worse off then you.
I buy salvages motorcycles and have seen a gold wing, a divorced guy went to give a ride to his 12yr old son and got into a wreck. The man died, the son lived, the bike was on three pallets. I could hardley beleive my eyes that the kid lived. |

| Re: Wrecked Life is so precious, you are so lucky to be given another chance. I, for one, like your before picture much better than the after, but it is nice that you are around just to be able to post them for all of us to see. Thanks for the post, stay positive (as I'm sure it is hard to do sometimes) and good luck with your ongoing recovery. Hopefully by you sharing in your misfortune, others who see this will be that much more careful out there on the road. |

| Re: Wrecked Exblader, sorry if this is a stupid question, but from some of your posts it seems you might be trying to re-build your Blade?
If so, from looking at the picture, it looks like it will cost you a fortune - have you thought about breaking what's left and selling the parts? You can get quite good money for parts.
As RRW/RRX Blades are pretty cheap at the moment, you might be better off breaking yours and putting the proceeds towards another bike - or buy a RRW/X, take the best bits off yours and then sell what's left?
Just an idea.... sorry if this is mis-placed. |

| Re: Wrecked yea was kinda thinkin of rebuilding it,but its going to be too expensive.had it on ebay already as a job lot,but got no offers !! but hav stripped it down now and i'm going to try it again, the rebuild was really only for to give me something to do,as the docs say i wont be strong enuff for at least 2 yrs,but now think another rrx would be the best option, thanks for your kind thoughts tho |

| Re: Wrecked I'm sure you'd get rid of most of the parts if you sell them individually... I broke my last bike & most of it went, got OK money in the end but I must admit it was a lot of work!
If you've got 2 years, at least it gives you plenty of time to save up too! Might fancy something else by then.... good luck with it mate, I'm sure it will work out in the end. |

Keep the dream

| Re: Wrecked I like to think it may show the light at the end of the tunnel. The accidents i've had on my bike are no where near as bad as my mates or Exbladers but having seen my mate come through it i'm sure Exblader can to as he seems to be showing the same get up and go attitude. Bucko
