Re: crashed my 2008 Blade into a guardrail That's terrible Jason. It doesn't even appear you were doing anything wrong. Had to be something on the road surface. Glad you're ok and the bike is repairable.

Re: crashed my 2008 Blade into a guardrail yeah i ordered all the parts the day after i wrecked it. i had to do a lil welding to the mount hoops on the frame that mount the subframe but other than that its pretty much bolt on. i only had liability insurance on it so i gotta eat the bill. i'd rather suck it up and pay it rather than have a salvage 2008 1000 mile bike. anyway i just hit some fine gravely dust and the front dropped out from under me. pretty creepy huh? and suprisingly the bike held up extremely well. the stator cover and left mid too the major beating and the guardrail took care of the exhaust, rearset, WHOLE tail, rear wheel, swingarm, oil pan, and undertail.

Re: crashed my 2008 Blade into a guardrail Glad you're ok! Real pity to crash like that when you're not even pushing although the reason you were able to walk out of it is cause you weren't... that and you were lucky!
