| Two Bros Dyno'd R1 @ 152.7rwhp Check out their website for a dyno chart. The bike has a nasty dip in power at 7K. Looks great from 10-13K though. |

| Re: Two Bros Dyno'd R1 @ 152.7rwhp Looks like the horsepower hype on the R1 could be just that - hype. And everyone might get schmacked when the ZX-10 makes its debut - SPORT RIDER dyno'd one at 161 hp to the rear tire. Yikes!
What's interesting is the idea the Honda might be the fastest of them all around a track. Long wheelbase and mass centralization coupled with the most linear power.
Bring on the comparos!

But everyone's throwing temper-tantrums because it's the heaviest and is "low" on power and the fairings are offcolor "We want the fastest, lightest, most horspowerest fastest lightestest bike out there" |

| Re: Two Bros Dyno'd R1 @ 152.7rwhp I can understand the appeal of being the biggest kid on the block in terms of the horsepower wars, and I too can't really understand that the new 1000 is some 25 pounds heavier than the old 954, but it's still going to prove a great machine I'm sure.
Personally (and only from a few articles I've read so far), I think the Kawasaki is the one to beat, but only time will tell. |

With this bike, they are bringing 'round a haymaker that just might put Honda's and Suzuki's offerings flat on the canvas. The Yamaha looks to be able to go toe-to-toe with the new green meanie, but they'll both walk away bloody.
There is another motorcycle out there that I think is capable of running with these bikes, and possibly bettering them in some ways. I want to see which of the publications will include it. I know of two that will....... |

| ...as long as you never need to shift from 3rd to 4th. They've had tranny problems in every single test I've read. Other than that, I really like the ZX.
