| Re: '07 R1? eh....It's just "ok"....I was expecting more...something more radical...but I guess it's logical they stay in the same vein as the '06 R6....I'm sure it's gonna have a slipper, a few engines improvements, etc....I'd have to see it in person....strangely enough, I am really feeling the '07 Kwak 6R...oh well... |

| Re: '07 R1? I think it's lost a lot of its sleekness. The lights and scoops are awkward shapes and the lines of the bike aren't as cohesive. I wonder if the motor has any torque this time? |

| Re: '07 R1? THat looks strange to me how they did their variable length stacks... I would have expected them to "telescope" rather than separate. The way they separate makes it look like there'd be some turbulence. But what do I know? No doubt that the changes will fatten up the fluffy bottom end of the current R1. |

| Re: '07 R1? I read up on it today and on paper at least, looks to be the business. Lots of innovation on this new one but we'll have to wait until decent folks start riding them and dynoing them to know if it is anything but hype. This could be a great motorcycle. |

| Re: '07 R1? WoW reverting to 4 valve per cylinder! That is huge! Eating 22 years worth of Humble pie` Wonder how they're going to word this in their propaganda release's.. I mean Brochures??
Obviously the 5 valve concept wasnt a bad thing as they did prety well with it over the years, but to toss it after all this time.. |
