Tigerblade, do you have no shame?

BDA, I see that homo Baketech put you up to using the desecrated avatar while he's away. He claims he's going to be up here riding with me on Saturday. If you guys never see nor hear from him again, I'll have an alibi.

And Tigger, before you get too mouthy, remember I'm within easy striking distance of the greater Columbia area.

Shame? No.

I had lunch with Baketech yesterday. He's on his way...

I looked at the weather, and there appears to be a huge low pressure zone over Homaha..... is it bad weather, or just the effects of the FZ suckiness

See you Saturday....

BTW....I stopped thru Columbia and got the word on a few of you......

We might be riding in a pittering 45 degree rain on Saturday, but unlike Tinkerbell Tiggerblade, I'm not made of sugar, will not readily melt, and will brave the ill weather to break in the new ride proper like.

I've ridden in the rain plenty, Johnny Law.

But I am made of sugar.

Re: The Yamaha FZ1 Sucks

FZ-1 is with lower comp., ratio, different cams, geared differently & it comes out to be with better torque at lower revs, but does not have the HP of the R-1. Fairly basic moves of sportbikes changed over to skelton form. In most cases with the change in the riding position & the dual one-piece saddle it makes a more comfortabe ride for a pillion rider.

You say the FZ1 sucks,You bring it own buddy I'm 55 years old and my FZ1 is the fastest naturally aspirated motorcycle in the country. home ported and polished heads. epoxied down sized the three intake ports for faster air velocity.titanium valves-r1 crankshaft pistons and racing cams.header no muffler stock spark curve 12:7.1 compression front and rear sprocket changed for more gears Quarter mile times. 9:18 @ 147 mph 1.16 60 foot time thank you very much. And it can be driven on the streets if I wonted to with only adding a muffler to the bike.WR

FWIW this thread is 6 years old, not sure you'll get much of a response from those above!

But I like the FZ1, saw a nice 07 at the gym last night, black & dark red with gold forks. If I had to replace the Blade now one of these would be a serious contender.
