Looking for advice

So I have been looking to get a cbr 600 but have stumbled across a R6 local in my area. I was curious if you guys could give me any advice on things to look for/ask about as I am still pretty new to it all and have done most of my research on Honda's. Also the F4i is supposed to be more beginner friendly (I have ridden, but not a lot) is the R6 not a wise choice to start out?

Here is the link to the listing I am looking at.

And thanks a ton for any advice.
