my friend called me today complaining that his front brakes locked up while riding but he didnt pull the brake in. he said the brakes started to smoke and immediately locked up and he dropped the bike. he could not move the bike to put it onto the trailer. after it cooled down, it finally freed up enough to move the bike. ive never heard of this happening before. it has been 2 years since the bike was ridden consistantly but i did test ride the other day and it was fine when i rode it. have you guys ever heard of this before? im thinking that the calipers are probably corroded and will not allow the pistons to return properly. what do you guys think?
