Got my new 1000 today :-)

Hi all , well after a long wait ( and well worth it ) I picked up my 2004 Tri colour 1000rr today with a mere 7500 klms on it.
I know I only just got her but by chance does anyone have a Number plate lamp and rear number plate holder assembly including the guard they want to part with ???
Thanks Guys

Re: Got my new 1000 today :-)

Yankee, what's up! Red, white and blue is sick! 7500KM? MILES? NICE!!!

I really don't understand how people can have 04 05 06 Blades with hardly any miles on them? THey don't break down that much ya know? Why not ride it! haha some peeps have careers and other cars I guess....so that makes it good for peeps like you that get the best deals on basically brand new bikes.

Your probbaly gonna have a stator isssue shortly (or it could take years if you don't ride hardly)..butr before 20K miles..you will need to take your bike to a factory honda dealer..and have them replace the stator...it could be under part warranty if you work with them like I did..and they covered the labor..but the parts I still had to pay for because mine was like 2 months out of warrany. This was about a year ago..so yours is probably all the way out...
