Not too shabby. I'd definitely slap on some bar-end mirrors, or at least some billet ones, as a first mod, though.

OMG...here is what I would do:

1) Buy it!

2) Ride it home!

3) take the headlight off, and mail it back with a letter to BMW saying "no thanks"!

4) put some small projection HID headlights on the front.

5) done!

Team Honda - well sorta...
