My next step

I have a CBR 929 and I cant get it to start. I checked for spark and it has spark. When I removed the airbox and check for spark and replaced the plug wires. I started the bike and it ran. Turned it off and started it again it started up. I put everything back and double checked my connections and Tried to start the bike again and it turned over but wouldnt start. Whats my next step! Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Re: My next step

Hi Zero thanks for the response. I drained all the old fuel and put in new gas,but remember he bike started for me while the airbox and hoses where un hooked. Even the IAT and MAP sensors where unhooked. Im going to change the spark plugs and see what I get. I was thinking it may be my ECU but the bike started so I dont think its that.
