The VFR 800 swingarm from an 02 Vtec.
Removed all bearings and trimmed the inner edge of the swingarm down, 4mm on the foot brake side.
This should be your end result
A big thanks to Papabear and r3voltn1 for this info.
next thing was to make up the sleaves for the vfr swingarm bolt, i got the cbr swingarm bolt.
Cut it to the lenght of the cbr engine (183mm) and bored the inside out to 20mm, as this is going to be the sleave that sits in the back of the engine.
Then me mate Shaun at WOODS RFS turned up some sleaves to go over the ends of the vfr bolt.
Also got Shuan to turn down the vfr swingarm sleaves.
1. the sprocket side to allow the bolt to pass through further to the other side.
2. the foot brake side for the swingarm sprocket to stay allined with the front spocket.
