Öhlins 30mm Cartridges & TTX36 Shock

I am selling the ohlins suspension out of my 2008 CBR1000RR. The suspension was installed and tuned by Superbike Suspension in 2011. This suspension worked great for me this year, and is in great working condition. Both front and rear are sprung for a 135lb rider.

Ohlins FGK 203 (Fits 2008 – 2011 CBR1000RR)
Price: $850 Shipped

Ohlins HO 888 (Fits 2008 – 2011 CBR1000RR)
Price: $850 Shipped

Price for both: $1600 Shipped

That's a killer price, and will make the world of difference in a bike. Can I ask the reason for the sell?

If I wasn't so "fluffy" I'd pick these up, but the weight difference would be too big lol...

Re: Öhlins 30mm Cartridges & TTX36 Shock

I'm getting sponsorship/support from Race Tech starting next year so I'm switching to their stuff. So I don't need these anymore.

Re: Öhlins 30mm Cartridges & TTX36 Shock

Let me know how the Race Tech stuff works out, have their springs (not installed yet) and looking into a bit more from them. The suspension (might be) is the last real big thing I am planning on for Serenity, after that it's just a pure keeper and keep fixing the small things as they go wrong...

RRDemon,

I won my first race with the Race Tech gold valves up front on my 06 600RR. Installed the shim stack and valves all on my own. Terrible idea, let the pros do it btw. They were a tremendous upgrade over stock though.

Re: Öhlins 30mm Cartridges & TTX36 Shock

I've been running Race Tech stuff for a couple of years now. I love it. I have the gold valves, rebound gold valves and springs in the front end and did it all myself. It's a pain in the arse but it just takes patience and time. The shock was done by Race Tech lol.
