For Sale: Garmin StreetPilot III Deluxe GPS

Garmin StreetPilot III Deluxe GPS receiver with built-in antenna, bean-bag mount, RAM Base (for motorcycle use), motorcycle power cable (to battery with inline fuse), car power cable/speaker, 128meg data card, USB data card reader/writer, City Navigator software on CD, magnetically mounted external antenna, original manual, and original packaging. This model automatically calculates a route from your current location to the destination you choose by street address, coordinates, pick from a list of restaurants/services/etc.

The RAM Base included is just the GPS cradle and the RAM Ball on the back of it. You will still have to buy a "base" for your bike and an arm.

$300 Delivered in the continental USA.

(The power cable pictured is for a Powerlet system; not included. The power cable included runs straight to your motorcycle battery, and has an inline fuse.)

Nope, but the StreetPilot III that I'm selling is.

From: http://www.garmin.com/products/sp320/spec.html

"Case: Consumer grade/not waterproof"

Strangely, the 2610 (predecessor to the c320) is waterproof also.

But, I don't ride in the rain. And if I get caught in the rain, I'll toss it in the tank bag, under the rain cover.

Re: For Sale: Garmin StreetPilot III Deluxe GPS

Hmm. And now I see this:

NOTE: The c320 is not a replacement for the 2610.

I'm thinking the 2610 may still be the better way to go.

Re: For Sale: Garmin StreetPilot III Deluxe GPS

That's why I love the 276C...waterproof...works great on the bike, boat or truck...

Edit:
Concerning the 320 vs the 2610....have you tried the touchscreen with gloves on? Just curious how it works, and if the gloves would scratch it....

Re: For Sale: Garmin StreetPilot III Deluxe GPS

Yeah, it's kind of an "all in one" kind of thing...basemap w/routing etc, but also has marine functions....

It works well on a bike, but I am looking forward to the day when Garmin makes a motorcycle specific unit, I think there is a market for it...

Sorry about the threadjack...
