Brand new filter. I opened it to check it out on the dyno. I wanted to compare it to my K&N.

Asking $50/plus shipping. I paid $75 for it.

The k&n put down 1.5hp more but i'm tuned for it. The bmc was leaner through 6-8k rpm. With tuning I would say the two would be about the same. To really tell i would have had to tune for the bmc which i didn't feel was worth the money. The a/f was really off between the two. I did like how the bmc housing was hard like the oem filter, it made it much easier to seat right. The k&n is soft and flimsy.

For reference my bike:
2000 CBR 929
flapper mod
k&n
Factory Pro velocity stacks
full Sato titanium exhaust
power commander II with custom tune
