Fuel system cleaner

I've had the same gas in the tank for a little over two months now. I didn't think it would sit that long and didn't bother to put any Stabil in the tank.

What would be a good fuel system cleaner to use to remove any gunk that's built up?

Berryman's "Total Fuel System Cleaner" is good.

Re: Fuel system cleaner

Chevron's Fuel Injection Cleaner w/Techron is the best. I have literally seen intake valves with caked up carbon turn spotless after one treatment.

Re: Fuel system cleaner

I was always told never to use additives or cleaners in a bike. Is this a myth?

Re: Fuel system cleaner

Use them if you REALLY need to. An engine is an engine, we just have clutches in ours.
