What color is the original coolant that came in the bike? I’m changing coolant and it is green
Wondering if it’s the original coolant

Re: Coolant

Color-coding of coolant does not seem to be 100% consistent between coolant manufacturers. You don't write what bike you have. My 954's service manual says:
"Pro Honda HP Coolant or an equivalent high quality ethylene glycol antifreeze containing corrosion protection inhibitors".
That's probably a safe bet for your bike too.

I have 2002 CBR954
I was told cannot use car antifreeze due to it being too abrasive so I will buy Honda type 2 instead Thanks!
