Intermittent won't start

Weird one this. I'll hop on the bike midday ish ride an hour or so and park up in a garage overnight. I start for work 1am so in I go and no probs she starts I go.
Only on some mornings I go into garage and it won't start. Turns over ok. But just won't start. I'll jump in the car go and back from work midday goto garage and boom she starts? Recent wiring issue concerning recharging battery fixed and multimeter shows that.
Gonner place on trickle charger from now on see if it's a battery issue.
Plugs are clean n spark is good...plenty of fuel. Runs perfectly once she starts.

Oh just wanted to add that she has new Chinese fairing in the post. Along with a complete retail tidy planned. New dark thang going on.. lights fairing etc all Black. Once it's done I'll happily proudly post pics. Till then she's a commuter. I plan to restore the oem fairing once it's off. So any tips as to who n where in norfolk I'd be happy to know.
