How to know where is from the bike by ECU number??

Hello everyone. I'm catpaw from korea.
I just bought a ecu of e.bay. The part numbers are
38770-MFJ-A02
8643-125518
keihin
Can anyone tell me what this is if its a us ecu or others ecu.
Plesae let me know. Because the HISS system.

Check out an OEM parts supplier on the internet. Compare part numbers. Where did it come from? Where it came from should give a little hint.
