some body stop me

Ok here is my problem recently brought a 2016 rr and great bike as it is it feels really soft and somewhat unstabel in the front end when hard breaking and dosnt feel like your washing off enough speed fast enough if that makes sence.
Ive had a 2011 rr and never had this problem it was brilliant.
In short has anyone else experienced this issue and whats the best way to overcome it, ive tried hardening up the suspension but haven't changed oil or springs but im thinking along the lines of braided hoses and wave rotors.

Hi, I'm thinkin an intro in the Introduction thread would have been nice mate, but anyhoo what was the bike used before you had it ? How many miles on the clock ? I wrecked my 07 blade suspension in a few thousand kilometres from excessive hard braking. These are sports bikes derived from GP bikes but they are still built for the road same as a normal cage

Do, or do not, there is no try !

Re: some body stop me

Have you verified sufficient pad material, rotor thickness and true? Bled lines? Checked for leaks? Do all the maintenance before spending money on parts.

Re: some body stop me

The vague feel is an issue but it seems the primary concern is the excessive stopping distance.

Re: some body stop me

Come to think: I wonder if this bike has ABS. Many people have reported ABS braking anomalies and that datapoint may be helpful to get a diagnosis.

If it's a year old and it doesn't feel right, just take it back to the dealer you bought it from. simples!
