vac lines

Hi, I have a 1994 CBR 600f2 and for the life of me I can not figure out where the vac line off of what would be the bottom of the #2 carb. Every diagram that i can find or see does not show that one line or anything of it. Now i can find the route of every other one there. #1 is to go to the petcock to operate the flow of gas, #2 ??????, #3 goes out to something as well as #4 , which i think are the water pump and something called the passage box or something, lower front portion of the motor. I know its right because i checked it against the diagram I could find and it is all ran correct. If this helps when this line in question is NOT connected it will idle fine but when you try to rev it up it wants to die. Connect the line or plug it, it does not want to idle, but you can rev it up fine without no problem.can somebody please help me out on this because im am about to lose my mind, Thank You Very Much and hope to have this problem resolved soon and on on the road. If I were at home when I posted this, I would have posted pictures along with this but i just wanted make sure I got this up before I forget again. ..........

Hi matey , where are you from? just to check , you have a F2 600 and not a F3 as the F2 dont have a water heater system to the carbs like the F3 have, looks like your attaching a carb breather tube to something else , that breather tube should remain free to atmosphere or all you will do is build up a vacuum in the carb bowls and the engine will be starved of fuel, hence dying. Re: vac lines

California model?

Canít say I know of any other item in an F2 that needs a vac line besides the fuel valve.

Perhaps someone just ran a line off #2 to connect to a syncro gauge and left it there uncapped?
