Used throttle body or idle stop screw

2005 Honda cbr600rr idle stop screw screw is in the wax housing but when compressed all the way it will not adjust the idle past 1 RPMs. Is there a way to move the idle plate further down so the cbr can be adjusted or should I just buy a used throttle body and swap them out?

Re: Used throttle body or idle stop screw

Every time I encounter a throttle body issue I just get a used one off ebay and swap.
takes about 15 minutes and stops you from rigging something up .
Just make sure you get a crispy minty one.
