valve issue on cm450

so i recently rebuild the top end in my 82 cm 450, when i put it back together i had one valve that seems to be getting stuck on the piston. when the rocker pushes it down and lifts up the valve stays down until the rocker makes it all the way back up then the valve snaps up..

so i didnt know if anyone has had that happen or knows whats going on to fix it.

Most likely the valve is bent and jamming in the guide.
Did you rebuild it because something failed?
Did you recut the seats or lap the valves in?
Did you replace the valve guide seals?
