cbr 1000rr ecu difference

whats the difference in the letters on the ecu on the cbr 1000rr i seen 3 types... a21 the a22 then L22. i know the a21 is for an 2006 and a22 is for the 07. really dont know what L22 is for. is there any difference between the 06 and 07 ecu

Nope, the '04-05 redline is lower than '06-7 though.

red lines can be extended with the ignition module. but thinking the base maps are different. i have a 07 repsol an mind is a a22. my friend has a 06 and his is a21. im just guessing was hoping someone could let me know before i buy the wrong one
