2006 cbr 1000 problem please help

I have a 2006 cbr1000. For some reason when I turn it off with the kill switch it takes for ever to start back up and it won't spray fuel when you turn the key. It will eventually start after like 10 tries. When you turn it off with the key it starts up every time and the fuel injection goes on everytime. Just wonder if anyone knows why it would do that when I shut it off with the kill switch. Also I put a jardien slipon on. I don't know if it started doing it before or after it was put on. Would that cause the problem. Thanks Adam

The kill switch is only for emergency or diagnostic use, not every time you ride.
It's probably worn out if you use it regularly.

If you're confident with soldering, you can take it apart and resolder the connections. That'll fix it up, but it's still best to just use the key when you want to turn it off.

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.

Why do you use the Kill Switch, as opposed to the key?

I usually don't but if I do use the kill switch then try to start the bike again the injectors won't spray fuel so it takes a while to start.
