What problems are you having since the swap?

Re: suspension settings after handlebar conversion

have just bought bike but think suspension settings must be different with upright bars you are taking weight off front end. want bike to handle under accelaration and corners.

Suspension is all personal preference. If you aren't having any problems with it then there's no reason to change it.
If you want to work the front end hard you should probably just put stock bars back on it though.
