Guys, please help me!! Months ago I was reading a post on here about a direct fit later CBR1000RR shock that fits straight into my RRV but for the love of Christ ive looked all overthe place on the site and cant find it, I also saw a thread on what I seem to think was a 929 front end conversion. If anyone can help with these two or knows of any other threads with completed conversions......... please help before I lose my mind! Cheers you guys!!

Can't help you with the shock, I've just put a complete '08 back end on mine But... The '90 -2000 R1 front end goes straight on, as in headstock bearing sizes are exactly the same. Cant say about the wheels, I went with the whole lot if only to get an easy 17'' conversion and the 'blue spot' brakes. Only slight snag is making up new lock stops. Not so hard as the lower front fairing bracket bolt up is just the right spaciing to mount a stopper bar down to the lower yoke stops.
