valve timing

i put my blade together today after doing the shims and i got the inlet cam 1 tooth out now im worried ive done damage will this be ok or am i now going to strip the head off :-(it turned over ok with no contact to the valves it was only turned by had,But its so difficult to see the marks behind the frame even with a mirror,

Put the plugs in and see if she has compression, but I'd expect the valves to be fine with just one-tooth out.

thanks for putting my mind at rest i had visions of missing the isle of man TT this year if i have anymore bad luck,
