Honda 929 problem

hi can anyone help me out here i had dirt in the starter valves so i decided to clean em after replacing the valves the were out of sync so i stuck a carbtune on to the carbs and the readings i got was everywhere so i turned the little 7mm nuts on these valves and everytime i got em inline i had a misfire on cylinder 2 and sometimes on cylinder 3, cylinder 1 is the master and canot be adjusted, cylinder 1 and 4 are spot on but having problems with 2 and 3 any ideas?????

Is the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line dry?

and the misfire only happens when it is idling and sometimes it stalls.

Have you plugged the reed valves as specified in the manual?
Just to recap, was it running better before you tried synching the valves?

i followed these instructions Starter Valve Synchronisation CBR954 & 929 - Honda CBR600 Owners Club

and the bike was going better before lol
