temp, pc3, Air Filters HELP!!

First off, i sold my 954 and purchased a 06 1000rr..

It was pretty much bone stock when i got it at the end of last season
and over the winter i did a few mods.

I noticed that it had the flapper mod for the front intake. they have it in a fixed postion (OPEN) - also the exhaust mod... It looks as if they just disconnected the cables from the box located under the exhaust pipe by the rear tire.

-
Over the winter i added-
PC3 USB
-1 Front, +2 rear Sprocket
New EK Chain
BMC Air Filters
SpeedoDRD
Galfer Front & Rear Brakes

I did some cosmetic upgrades as well -

Flush Mount turnsignals
integrated tail light
frame sliders
rim stripes
LED Lights
Brake&Clutch levers

Also changed the oil & filter
flushed the radiator
other basic maintenance..

I rode the bike for a few weeks before i put it up for the season,
everything was perfect, ran great, no overheating or any other issues.

After completing the upgrades and taking it out for a spin with a few
other guys, i noticed that i was overheating at idle when stopping at long lights. My temp got up to about 226f at one light so i didnt sit there.. the air temp that day was about 63f..
as long as i was moving it was fine, it's only when i sit at lights, but i'm worried about this summer because it is usually around 100f here in june, july, aug

I'm thinking it may be because-
-the map i have on my PC3USB.
-the airfilters
-the htev mod
-?????????????

I'm running the stock exhaust.

I don't have any maps to try and i have a hard time finding them online
so i have only this one as of now. Any tips on how to get them would be great, or anyone that wants to share, my email is YABOYSCOOB at gmail

When i flushed the radiator, i noticed that the coolant that i took out was not as diluted as the 50/50 honda coolant that i put back in. Ive always ran the 50/50 honda mix and have never had a problem on any of my other hondas.. any suggestions would be good.

I don't have any idea what is causing me the overheating problem.
I'm hoping it's the map that im running is running to rich/lean SMH idk
i'm hoping to get answers here, i'm sure bladeracer can help me lol

Was the fan running?
Does it run any cooler when you disconnect the PC?
