cbr 954 throttle problems

Hey guys, i'm new to the forum. I've got an 02 954 that i've had some work done on the cylinders, because it was overheated by the last guy who owned it. Cylinders were honed and pistons smoothed, gasket replaced. Fuel pressure regulator was also replaced. so it starts right up, but idle seems a lil dodgy, and when I open the throttle it sound like its struggling and it dies. I've checked Sparks, compression, and injectors spray good as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Does your bike have the stock exhaust and have you checked the servo motor and exhaust valve? Any MIL lights flashing on the speedo?

Re: cbr 954 throttle problems

D&d exhaust. I'm working on it now, I might have figured out the idle problem at least. One of the injectors was missing a seal, that was left inside the thing when I swapped injectors to see if they were all functional. I'll post in a bit when I start her up

Re: cbr 954 throttle problems

Ok I put the seal on the correct injectors, but the bike still doesn't want to start.
