2007 CBR1000RR Throttle issues

I have my 07 1k for about 5 years now i bought it new with 0 miles on it back has been dropped but fixed no issues in the past year and a half did all basic maintenance as required oil, chain, sprocket, tires, brakes, spark plugs bout 2 months ago.. take it out tonight on some empty back roads with no traffic just to see how she runs to start the season of (its been a wet winter ill ride cold wet aint my thing) and in 2nd gear or higher ill hit 9k rpms or higher and its like a governer kicks in almost.. bike stays running doesnt die but it feels like my throttle just disengages i get back to 9k and it does it again.. hit a speed bump coming in my apt complex did it again... i'm thinking a short somewhere? wondering if someone can help me out? It throws an FI light and the HEBD?HEPD? something like that with the big red you screwed something up light

If the MIL is flashing you need to count the long and short flashes and look up the code in the manual.
