Rear spring pre-load

Does any one else's pre load adjuster go past full hard back to full soft, in other words is there a stopper to stop you being able to keep turning the pre loader towards the hard setting and going past it's hardest setting??? My bike is a CBR1000RR (2012)

Are you talking about the forks or shock?
I suspect you have gone to the end of the thread.
