Ok, now that I fixed my charging issue(replaced the flywheel), its now time to dig into why I'm running rich. Heres what I can tell you.

1) The airbox is missing some screws so its not tight.
2) The plugs are new, maybe have 1k on them.
3) Full Two bro exhaust, header, midpipe, and can. The header to midpipe connection is loose, haven't tightened that, and the midpipe to can is loose, and you can see where some exhaust has leaked(due to black on the midpipe)
4) no power commander
5) The FPR is fine. Doesn't leak and the vacuum hose does not have any fuel.

What indicates you're running rich?
I would guess the missing PC is the likely culprit here.
What is your fuel economy like?

Re: '00 929 Rich

Well, black smoke on initial start up, exhaust smells of unburnt fuel. Its rich enough that the scent is on my clothes and have numerous people ask me wtf is that smell. I'm also getting less than 100 miles before fuel light comes on. Im used to working on fords so I know what rich smells like

That all sounds like the fuel pressure regulator to me.

Re: '00 929 Rich

I've checked, no fuel coming out of it or a wet vacuum line. I've even took a mechanical vacuum pump pumped it up a few psi and primed the pump, and even started it, reved it up and no fuel out of the fpr at all

Re: '00 929 Rich

You definitely need to re-map with a full exhaust, and that's where the PC comes in. I would try that first and see how it runs. Did you replace/remove the air filter as well?
