Bit of superglue will sort that out

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.

I would guess the end of the adjuster is worn, you would probably have to unscrew it and dress the tip with a file.

yep. i have no idea what that last part means.

just the tip!! OH THE TIP!

if i keep screwing it towards the front will it come off that way or the opposite? Yes im literally this slow that i need help unscrewing....a screw...

Looks to me like the cable is binding under the insulation. If it were mine I would take the idle cable off and lube it from both ends and see if it makes it better.
