does anyone elses seat have gaps under it?

i like the 929 but the drivers seat is annoying me to no end. it has too much gap under neath it and a little behind it too.. all my gsxr seats fit rather well and kept water away from the batt etc better. is this normal or is it just my bike. theres at least 1/2" gap under the foam part of the seat to the plastics. im thinking or ordering an ebay seat cover and trying to add a bit of foam under it to fill in some space but i dont know if even that will work.

Don't remember many posts about the drivers seat, but there's plenty on the poor fitting passenger seat so I wouldn't be surprised !.

im debating on buying a mint condtion used seat and hope for the best or buy an ebay cover and try to fill in with some foam a bit and see what happens. either option is 50$

Don't bother. Mine's the same. Best you can do is modify it.

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.
