Cbr 954 starter issues HELP!

Hey guys I've been trying to trouble shoot my blade rod for a while now and can't seem to figure out what's going on with my ignition. If I charge the battery all night it starts right up the next day. Drives and rides perfect. The only problem is when I kill it, to get gas or anything like that it act like the battery is dead when I try to start it back up. Usually if I let it cool down it will start but not always. I'm thinking starter motor is out maybe? I've replaced the battery and the stator. The stater relay switch checks out, and I'm stumped. Ideas???

Also if it sits in the hot garage or in the sun on a parking lot it acts like the battery is low or dead.

When it won't start does it fire straight up when boosted off another battery?

Not right away though?
Is it better if you run 12V directly to the starter motor?

I don't know how to get 12v straight to the starter motor but it usually takes a few minutes to jump it from a car/truck.

You run a wire from the positive of a battery to the terminal on the starter motor. And of course you need to run the negative to ground on the engine.

No, on top of the transmission.
You do have a manual for your bike?
