dunlop sportmax Q2 white triangle mark

hi
i just changed the tires on my 929 and i noticed on the side of the front tire(dunlop sportmax Q2) a white triangle with a cercle in it . Is this the balance mark ?
The problem is that the mechanic that instaled the tire didn't aligned it with the valve on the rim . I told him about this and he said there is no problem because he balanced the wheel .
so what should i do ? just live it like this or should i rebalance the wheel ?

Unless it's actually causing a problem I can't see any reason to worry about it.

Re: dunlop sportmax Q2 white triangle mark

I'm used to Dunlop using a yellow dot on the sidewall. That just means that's the lightest point of the tire. We never know by how much. So if it was balanced properly, that dot has no more relevance.
Don't worry about it, unless you get a vibration.
