CBR954rr AFR

The stock AFR is 11.5:1. But if I use K&N air filter and two bros slip on, what should be the AFR using any fue control device?

Doesn't really matter, but probably closer to 13:1 would be good.
You will see a much better result though if you tune for best power rather than an arbitrary air/fuel ratio.

Rough figures:
Cold start is around 1:1 to 3:1
At idle around 1:6 to 1:10
Cruising is around 1:10 to 1:13
Street acceleration around 1:14 to 1:16
For racing you'd want to keep it around 1:12 to 1:14

Re: CBR954rr AFR

Agree. Nothing like a good tune. Also the outside factors like moisture, temperature, etc are important to consider.
