Recommend me a chain & sprockets for my 929

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to replace my chain and sprockets soon as the chain on it at the moment is pants (think the previous owner went really budget).

Which combo would you recommend? On my last bike - a Honda Hornet I had Renthal sprockets and a Tsubaki chain and they were pretty good. Or there is D.I.D of course? Whatever I go for i'm looking for a gold chain

Cheers

Alex

Re: Recommend me a chain & sprockets for my 929

X-RING CHAIN and STEEL SPROKETS = I've gotten 20K outta mine on my 051kRR so far....and still going...going to try for 30K+ with em. Oh yeah..the chain was the only thing thats expensive..around 140, the sprockets were cheap. I do lube the chain quite a bit tho..so just make sure you maintain the chain, and also check the tension in it, after a while, you will have to re ajust it. Other than that....no probs here with steel and XRING chains.
