Anti-Vibration bar ends in UK

Hi Guys,

I'm suffering with pretty bad vibration from the bars on my blade at the mo. I think it's always been there but it's more noticeable since I fitted some replacement bar ends from pro bolt - they are a lot lighter than the stock ones.

I had a read through some threads on here earlier and I spotted that a US company made some heavy ones to dampen the vibration - HVMP? I'm pretty keen on getting some but I'm in the UK so just wondering if there are some equivalent ones available over here? Or any others that you recommend? Anything that you've found that helps would be good - it'll stop my hands from getting pins and needles!

Cheers

Alex

Re: Anti-Vibration bar ends in UK

I cant help with the bars but personally I would be trying to find the source of the vibration & put a stop to it not trying to mask it.

Have you had anyone look at it for you?

The R&G ones are heavier than OEM, look better too.

Filling the clip ons with lead shot works well too. But as mentioned, find the source of the vibration before trying to damp it.

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.
