Looks good, but I would rather get a STD. one for that price brand new, just couple years older model...I've seen them for around that price. That one is already well used at 7k, lol, bikes are wierd.

According to Wiki, there is no difference, but there is a difference from the 09 models..

"On September 4, 2009, Honda announced the 2010 model. Honda increased the diameter of the flywheel for more inertia. This improved low-rpm torque and smoother running just off idle. The license plate assembly was redesigned for quicker removal when preparing the motorcycle for track use. The muffler cover was also redesigned for improved appearance."

"Honda claimed power output to be at least 178 hp (133 kW) at 12,000 rpm."

2010..save some doh...same bikes...put the extra money you save in exhaust. When are the factory's going to start adding exhaust that we like straight from the factory? Other than that I would keep the bike stock.

Re: CBR1000rr 2009 or 2011

Honda runs on a 2 year cycle for modifications to their platforms. 08/09, 10/11, 12/13 and so on. I personally like the Repsol myself, and in my area it is rare to see one in the Repsol scheme, though 1kRR's are fairly common. Keep your mods fairly simple unless you plan on keeping the bike for an extended period, in which case I would urge you to get the Repsol if you love the colours that much. I was debating between a blade and RC51, the blade won over the sexy 51 because I really wanted a blade.... if you're going to have it around for a few years, get what you really want!!!
