finally a problem with my bike.

I can't complain, my 929 has been real reliable but today the battery didn't have enough juice to start it so i pushed started it. I drove it home and shut it down.

when i restarted it, it fired right up but sounds like the starter is staying on. As soon as i turn the key it starts cranking. i don't even have to touch the starter switch.
hmm, what can this be?

Either the button is sticking or the starter solenoid is stuck or shorted out.
